I understand a local doc who collects exotic cars has done this and calls the space where a few of his cars are stored an “automobile museum”….let the party rentals begin!”

I actually had not heard of this. Deed restrictions may apply, and oh wait ’till the Home Association gets wind. This is done all over northern California, where homeowners rent to students at $1000 plus a pop. But here in Dallas? Have you heard anything about this?
