(Remember Harolds? Sigh. BTW a lot of top agents got their start in retail sales.) ) Ralph Lauren was down promoting his clothes, and Erin told him in no uncertain terms that his shirts lacked pima cotton. Lauren went home and added pima cotten to his shirts, and the rest is history.
