Nothing too unusual there, but DallasDirt has learned that instead of using a lawyer from the Dallas City attorney’s office to handle the purchase, which is usually the case, they have hired Kevin J. McGuire and  Carlos H. Garcia  from  Strasburger & Price LLP. Neighbors are wondering, why the rush, why the private firm?
