Just waking up to Alan Peppard’s love in the Saturday Dallas Morning News.

Alan, I think Scott was choking because he’s still in buyer’s shock. But I was out of town over the weekend so not sure if I told you–

A. The Ginsburg’s are buying the lot next door to 3500 Beverly and that is where they will have their swimming pool, cabana etc.

B. They are doing some renovations to the master bath.

C. You are the best!

This house deserves a great family like the Ginsburgs. Every place they have lived their neighbors have loved them. HP lucky to have them!

I hope they open it up to charities, I mean, that is what having a trophy house is all about. And this house is a trophy!

I know this family and they will make the most out of that Trophy house. Cannot think of a better fit. It’s going to be filled with kids and fun!

I hope they build a big pool. I mean like a “caesars palace” size pool. Big enough for paddle boats or a gondola like the one in Willy Wonka. I should of been an architech!
