Dallas Realtor Out Meters Smart Electric Meters

Now here’s an agent who really looks out for her Dallas real estate clients. Dallas area Realtor Noreen Jones manages properties and noticed huge variances in the electric bills for the similar sized properties in Mesquite. Turns out,  electric distributor Oncor had made not one but two major billing mistakes. Dallas real estate meter moral: scrutinize your electric bills, check them against last year’s bills, and ask around if folks in similar-sized homes are paying what you are. Remember, when you sell your home buyers ask to see utility bills. Wouldn’t want an error to make your home’s utilities artificially inflated.
