For your Turkey Day viewing pleasure, I thought we all needed a little House Porn to accompany the stuffing. Dream on this baby with your drumstick in hand: one and a half acres on prestigious Hunters Glen in University Park, 10,000 square feet built in 1980, architectural design by Frank Welch, as if you couldn’t tell. Five bedrooms, five and a half baths, pool, buffet pavilion, wine cellar, three or four living spaces, the master bath is so large it could be living area number five. Check out the graphic. Agent is Patricia Massey, Ellen Terry, Ebby Companies and the price tag a cool $18,000,000. Go ahead, eat your heart out. It’s Thanksgiving!
It didn’t sell at this price for the last several months with the last agent it was was. Best of luck though.
Killer house. Killer neighborhood. Knock ‘em dead price! Echoing the comment above, best of luck!
Candy, how does someone go about inventing an $18 mm price tag? Bad, but well-meaning, realtor advice? Headstrong client who emotionally overvalues? Both? The listing agent would have better odds winning the lottery than “fire selling” this place for half off. For $18 mm you can pretty much build anything anywhere in Dallas. Tell me I’m missing something. To be clear through my confusion, I do think this house is amazing.
I don’t like this house. Maybe at 1.8, but not at 18.
The prices over here are just crazy, the same house, on the same 1.5 acre lot in Preston Hollow would be amost half price…then again we all remember the 22 million dollar listing on Vassar a few years ago
