Commercial Real Estate, Preston Royal: Landlord Locks Out Taco Mundo

The folks who own Preston Royal Shopping Center, known as a sterling Class A property in the biz, don’t fool around when folks don’t pay their rent or get their spaces up and running. That’s probably because rent is paid as percentage rental, based on sales or transaction volume, not a set monthly figure.
