LBJ and Lady Bird’s Anniversary

JCRanchMarried 75 years ago today in Johnson City, Texas, where — full disclosure — I own property. Johnson City, Fredericksburg, Stonewall (where the LBJ Ranch is located) and Blanco have grown considerably over the years; market  a bit soft even though this part of Texas has one of the strongest real estate stories in the state. In the Johnson’s honor, here’s a nice little ranch just under a million.
