Just like other recent mid-century modern houses for sale, this one will probably get asking +, maybe even a bidding war. Looks beautiful. If I were in the market for, I’d take it!

Again, Lochwood is NOT an L-street. Lochwood is an area of town that is DISD. The L-streets are in Lake Highlands and are RISD.
Love the house, don’t love the location…one of those areas where you are trapped.
