One Comment to “Dallas Real Estate: Park Hollow Not The Only Auction Show In Town”
Nice; Not Naughty@ November 7th, 2009 at 8:49 pm
Instead of requesting peace on Earth for the upcoming year, I’m going to ask that Santa Clause brings the appraised values of homes up everywhere! He should grant me my request since I’m on the “Nice” list. (Disclaimer: One is considered “Nice” until proven “Naughty” in this country.) I hope that the surrounding neighbors who bought within the developments where all of these auctions and reduced prices are being offered can stay where they are for a while so that they don’t have to come to the closing table with money in case they sold their house.

DallasDirt is a daily discussion of the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market, led by D Home Real Estate Editor Mary Candace Evans with contributions from real estate experts and aficionados. Topics include house porn, hot neighborhoods, hot agents, hip pockets, celebrity listings, second homes, vacation homes, real estate trends, data analysis, tips for buying, selling, or staying put. If DallasDirt were a house, it'd be a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath ranch transitional on a quarter acre lot with stainless kitchen and granite countertops: sophisticated with designer touches, room for expansion. Make an offer.
