I am being totally serious when I tell you that this is the way the agent photographed this charming starter home on Bonham Street and then PUBLISHED the photo. Wait, it gets better — check out the rest of the mess. Is the stove torn up or what? Not enough cabinet space obi? Call 1-800 GOT JUNK stat!
While the owner should be smart enough to clean up, they should fire the agent for taking such horrendous pictures. It’s just gross.
agent was drunk, had to be.
Looks like this is a rental property (based on the DCAD mailing address not being the property address). What’s an agent to do if the owners want to sell a property but the tenants aren’t making any effort?
You guys have seen this, right?

At least they made them get the bong off the coffee table.
That guy is a hack. I own rental property just down the street and called several times and never got a call back. Funny thing is though, the owner is also an agent! They own a bunch of other houses in the neighborhood and built a really, really green house just down the street.
I guess they just don’t care.
At least get a box, shove everything in it, move out of the way, take the pic, put the crap back. Sheesh!
I think the pictures are perfectly acceptable. It is what it is. This lets agents know NOT to show it to a buyer that wants a cute, clean, up to date house. Show it only to a buyer who wants to dig in and clean it up. Price should reflect condition. I wish more agents were honest about the condition of their listings!
