Dallas Real Estate: Centex Loses Chief Counsel

Brian Woram, senior vice president, chief legal officer, chief compliance officer, and really great guy, is leaving Centex to become senior VP and general counsel of Kansas-City based H&R Block. Interesting move, crossing from a slumping industry to one that’s sure to be hopping in the next few years.

They’ve lost more than just one really great guy… Pulte is starting to make some changes in the upper tiers.
