		<description>Totally agree.  It&#039;s miserable in the summer, so if your work and finances allow, you&#039;d be crazy to stay in Dallas during July &amp; August.  I think it&#039;s also easier for more Texans to buy a second home because their primary residences are relatively reasonable compared to what they&#039;d cost in most other large cities.  A Dallasite can have a nice primary home, an equally nice lake house, and a summer beach condo rental for less than the cost of just a modest bungalow in a decent part of L.A.</description>
