First it was Santa Ana. Now it’s Santa Barbara invading with these sleek, cool, clean-lined homes that make us want to get Botox, lose 10 pounds, and work out with a trainer four hours a day clad in Juicy Couture (preferably in the in-house gym). Feast your eyes on this new listing right on West Lawther Drive, $4.895. Catch that view overlooking the lake. Are we in Dallas? Or La Jolla?
I could so live here…
OMG…Juicy what?
That house was finished a long time ago. It was for sale, and then it wasn’t. I assumed someone had purchased it. If it’s been empty since construction finished, it’s been empty for a really long time,–at least a couple of years.

This house was purchased in 2007, and majorly renovated over past of 2008. I’ve been in it since the renovation. It is very unique. You definitely don’t feel like you are in Dallas!
Mark, the house has been occupied by a family for a couple of years and is now up for sale (as of yesterday).
I went to an open house here two or three years ago. Fantastic place.
This is one of the most unique homes on one of the best lots around. I can’t imagine this will last long. Gorgeous!
Without a doubt, this is one of the most beautiful homes in the city. I bet most people – including many in our city – could not imagine a water-front view just minutes from downtown Dallas. Amazing!
Never underestimate the mystique of White Rock Lake!
Love it! And even though I love White Rock Late, I wouldn’t mind plopping this house on a beach!
Lake….!
WOW, now every time I drive/walk/run by that house I’ll know what it looks like on the inside. Gorgeous.
That is one of my favorite homes in Dallas.
While walking around the lake, we had fallen in love with the exterior color and ask our contractor to do whatever he could to match it.
Fortunately, a workman provided him with a sample of the paint. The color now adorns the exterior of our casa.
