The deals one can find north of the George Bush tollway are amazing! anyone see the backyard of this house? You can build another 4300 sq/ft house there!

I lived in Stonebridge in McKinney and Chancellor Creek is a great neighborhood! If this was sold for $339,300 and wasn’t a foreclosure where the former owners destroyed something inside, what a deal!
