Anyone In Dallas Using Twitter To (Oh My God) Sell Their Home?

The whole world is a-Twitter –  Frontburner “twitters”, The Mortgage Reports sends out mortgage rate updates on Twitter (my phone is buzzing as I type), now we hear a man in Durham, N.C. is attempting to sell his home on Twitter — using “Tweal Estate”.  I wonder if Dallas realtors are using Twitter in place of “all-calls”, or if anyone in Dallas has tried to “Twit” a home on the market using Twitter. Twoughts?

We post our listings on Twitter.

I wanted to suggest a site to check out, which might be good for a article on online tools for real estate agents and sellers. It’s called TweetLister (http://www.tweetlister.com) and it just launched last week. TweetLister allows you to post, schedule and manage real estate listings on Twitter, and collect and download contacts you get through those listings. It’s a free service. We’ve already gotten a good amount of buzz, and I would love to read your take on it.
