I’ve heard this echoed right here in Dallas, especially that funds were forced on banks who didn’t even ask for them.

I heard that also, in fact there is a Bank in Palestine that received millions in an envelope. The Banker said his bank didn’t need it, he was confused, but he didn’t return it. Can’t blame him, no one knows how low it can go!! Better to keep a little cush.
