Did 3525 Turtle Creek ever obtain Landmark Status?

What about that multi million dollar assessment to improve the interiors and exteriors?

What is the total number of units in the building?

What physical changes are proposed for the exterior elevation?

Has anyone agreed on anything?

What about that multi million dollar assessment to improve the interiors and exteriors? There are discussions about improvements to the building but it is a bit of an exaggeration to say it is multi million dollars assessments.

What is the total number of units in the building? 100 original units and 2 penthouses but some of the original units have been combined making fewer units at this time.

What physical changes are proposed for the exterior elevation? There have been no definite proposals but as stated above discussions of improvements are being held.

Has anyone agreed on anything? As with any other multi-family buildings with home owners associations, there are some disagreements on just what should be done and when it should be done. It is not an unusual situation.
