Turn Up The Radio Dial: The George Bush Legacy, A BBC Perspective

Last month, BBC’s delightful Neal Razzell flew to Dallas to investigate the home turf of former president George W. Bush. He even drove to Crawford. Here is the first part of the series that ran last Tuesday, the day Bush turned over the office to President Barack Obama. Later today, part two, with a look at the home Bush bought in Dallas.

    I thought there were acquittals in Haditha? I’m sure just a slight oversight on the BBC’s part. All-in-all, not as much spew as I would have expected out of the BBC. “The western alliance was fractured due to European weakness”. Amen.

    And it appears that the messiah Obama is actually following several of Bush’s ‘…failed policies’.

    With or without ‘messiah’, I do think Kim Stewart makes good points. If President Obama follows many of Bush’s policies, does that validate them and make them ok?
