Let’s not forget that The Glass House was planned as a condo proprety and changed to a rental property after construction started. My understanding is that is the speculation on what is happening over at The House by Phillipe Starck. I have absolutely zero first hand information and take my comment with the appropriate grain of salt. Given the last few cancelled condo projects including the Heritage I wouldn’t be surprised to hear some alternative plans considered for House before they finish out some of the common areas for condos if they really are having trouble unloading them.
