Coldwell Banker Texas staff received a short notice today from Sue Meyer, president and COO of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Dallas/Fort Worth, informing them in about three lines that, effective Thursday, January 8, 2009, Eleanor and Nicky Sheets are no longer affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
Ms. Meyer said she was “appreciative of Eleanorʼs and Nickyʼs contributions over the years” and wished them the best in their future endeavors.
So, with whom are they affiliated?
wow! TREC still shows Coldwell, but it takes some time before that is updated. MLS is still showing Coldwell as well. They only have 10 active listings. This really is a sad story that has been unfolding.
WOW !! I heard maybe Mathew Nichols at Allie Beth Allman or Ellen Terry. Candy why don’t you call Allie Beth or Ebby to inquire. On a separate note Candy, is Doris Jacobs hanging her own shingle forming a true Boutique firm????
That’s interesting about Doris. She isn’t a broker, so she’d either have to get her broker’s license or get someone to be her broker of record.
It’s about darn time. And I do not think she’ll be joining up with anyone at Ebby anytme soon. Too toxic. Feel sorry for her but come on, all those years, you can stiff a few people but not a whole community.
Doris isn’t going anywhere. But do watch out at ABA: too many divas under one roof spells TROUBLE.
Good luck Eleanor! We are all pulling for you. I would think this was some corporate decision made in New Jersey or somewhere. Coldwell Banker didn’t seem to be doing too much on your behalf anyway. You put them on the map in the Park Cities and being a low level Coldwell employee in that office, I for one, will hold my head a little less high when telling people where I work. Remember, A LOT of people, on every level of the food chain, are betting on you! God bless.
Maybe Eleanor will head to BF? I can’t wait to see her and her for sale signs again out in “our” midst. I know a lot of people in the industry feel she raises the bar for our profession. Doris has squashed people like Erin for years. No need to worry too much for her.
Wow, everyone’s catty. Are there any NICE women in real estate?
Must be an interesting industry if “raising the bar” means not paying taxes or vendors. I would hate to see what type of person is considered to hurt the industry’s image if Eleanor is considered the role model for how to do things ethically.
How come every single post with Allie Beth Allman’s name gets deleted?
Let me clarify….every single post that doesn’t spout her supremacy and deserved posturing for world dominance?
As one who was not paid by EMS, ingnoring a small claims judgment in my favor, I would caution anybody who would do business with her or her associates.
