UGH! Just one more example of people having more brains than sense. “Let’s bulldoze the house before we’re REALLY ready to build a new one”. Then, oops……

Eller trust is for Tim Eller and family. He heads (or formerly headed) Centex, home builder. so sad that house was worthy of renovation according to knowledgeable architects.

The house was a scrape. All the beautiful woodwork and paneling etc was removed and saved. Oh, who is the person/group who is marketing the dirt?
