Bush ought not to be behind a gated property yet behind bars on all sides.The criminal acts, and complicity by both governmental parties, is apparently to be overlooked by the new administration allowing Bush to retire to a life of luxury. CRAZY stuff…
I was born here [St. Paul], and went to a “Preston Hollow” school. Well, we lived in the Lake Highlands area at the time [and commuted] and I just went with it. I loved it. Small classes, individual attention from teachers -yes, it was “fun” learning, they even offered a bottle cold pop at the end of the day they gave me a quarter – guess I was a favorite)! Just like small town America, I guess, since I endend up with a great job while in college in New York and Chicago, where I settled. And now, I find myself extemely liberal…what gives?
What happned to being NICE? Preston Hollow, brace yourself…I heard the most awful slogan: The World Hates The United States, The United States Hates Texas, Houston Hates Dallas, And Dallas Hates Highland Park…

MISS George W. Bush? Ho, ho, ho, ho. What a joke! Millions of folks around the world will not MISS George W. Bush.

During the past few weeks we’ve become all too familiar with ponzi schemes. Essentially, a ponzi scheme is robbing Peter to pay Paul.

Nationwide, the current topic of discussion seems to be talking about the Bush legacy. From my point of view, part of the Bush legacy is indeed a pansy scheme. It’s quite possible that a ponzi scheme is the equation, too, but a pansy scheme is most definitely in the Bush legacy equation. Oddly enough, robbing Peter to pay Paul sums up the Bush pansy scheme quite nicely.

Let’s just say there were probably a few Robs, lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of PETERS, and maybe a Paul. Maybe there was a payment to Paul? Maybe there was a payment to Jeff? Duh! Duh!

No one chooses their sexual orientation. No! And it’s perfectly okay to be either gay, lesbian, or bisexual. But let’s make one thing clear: It’s not okay to be a hypocrite.

George W. Bush, this is your last full day in office. I’ve been waiting for this day for a long time.

Oh what a surprise, all the rich arrognant Dallas residents are jumping with joy and now think they are even greater than everyone else because not only do they get to drive a Mercedes like assholes but they also get to possibly rub shoulders with our former president!
I’d like to take this opportunity to fill you in that there’s more to life than things and status. Just because someone with a significant title is moving to Dallas, doesn’t make you any better. It actually just makes Dallas the city a little more interesting, not you rich assholes. I don’t know if you know this but because most (NOT all) rich arrognant people in this town, Dallas has a bad reputation for having the rudest people.
The only thing I can agree with you on, is that Bush is and soon will be our ex- president and whether or not you like him, you should respect him.

It’s a documentary on Crawford, TX before and after the Bush days.
Talk about “small town America with big political ideas”. WoW! This
town has really come full circle and then some. Very profound, smart, and sometimes funny…just read the great reviews. So DALLAS, like it or not, the Bushs’ are rollin’ into town…

After reading many of the rants here, I’ve concluded that most of the people in Dallas must be idiots. I’d expect such blind hatred from New Yorkers and other knuckle-draggers, but I always thought Dallas was a pretty cool place. Guess I was wrong.

It is so pathetic seeing how many people have bought into the Obama “lie” of bringing more peace and ending the war, etc. Obama is a product of the vast Democratic political machine and his left of left wing policies will perhaps bring our enemies even closer. Couple that with our growing adoption of Europe’s pasifist and, yes, socialist ideals (born out of the vast hatred of Bush) and we are in big trouble. With maybe a few exceptions, those that put down Bush as in these posts are a bunch of whiny, spineless cowards. Bush has kept our enemies away from us and generally kept us safe from another terrorist attack for 8 years!

So, Palinoscopy, let’s see how Obama does in the White House. He will inherit problems just as Bush inherited problems from Clinton. Where you and I differ is that I realize the limit of any president’s power. I’m also going to give the Obamas my prayerful support. He has a tough job ahead of him and needs all the support he and his beautiful family can get.

The real power in Washington is in Congress, which has been Democratically conrolled for years. So if you want to blame someone for the mess this country’s in, blame the people who make the laws.

If you want some Prozac, visit your doctor.
If you want an ice cold Diet Dr. Pepper, ummm, stop by 7-11. You couldn’t share DDP with me because I’d have to duct tape your mouth shut just to be around you. So the invite is rescinded.

Oh that’s right, how could I be so stupid, Bush IS to blame for all of those people that went out and bought homes that they could not afford because the financial institutons became lending-happy…..now all of those same people are crying and whining because their house is being foreclosed on because they can’t afford their mortgage payments.

Oh, and that’s right, Bush is to blame for those individuals that crashed their planes into the twin towers on September 11, 2001 wreaking havoc on our country.

Oh, and that’s right, Bush is responsible for Hurricane Katrina. I forgot that he has some magical powers that make the rains fall at the push of a button.

Get over the fact that Bush is going to be living in Dallas. I seriuosly that doubt that him living in Dallas is going to effect you in any way. In case you are not aware, Texas is a red state, so if that in any bothers you, I suggest that you should move elsewhere.

And no, I have not prejudged Obama. I am fully aware that I disagree with his political beliefs; that does not, however, mean that I am going to around bashing the president-elect of our country just because I disagree with. That is your opinion that there is nothing to dislike about the man. Just like I have the right to believe that Bush is not to blame for everything.
