Home Sales & Prices Drop Nationally

According to today’s NAR report, but I don’t think a ten percent drop from August 2006 is all that bad, actually. Our local market continues to weather the storm, agents tell me. What do you think?

Seems they are jumping in some ‘hoods! Didn’t you write about this as a $15MM house? Looks like its jumped to well above that and I’d be curious why.

When are you headed back for the completion shots?
