E-Residential LLC, a Texas Corporation owned by Eleanor Sheets and Michael Campbell, has filed a civil action in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas seeking an injunction against the IRS for its wrongful levy on the LLC’s funds because of another party’s security interest in those funds. All the legal mumbo-jumbo makes my head spin, so here, go read for yourself…
Oops. That little ole legal document lists the properties that they currently have under contract and their expected commission.
That pretty place on Euclid has been under option contract since July 28th.
And nothing at those nice townhomes on Abbott have closed yet because they’re still under construction.
At least she nows has an ‘active’ license again.
So they transferred everything over to this other “company”, then sold that “company” to someone else. It sounds awfully similar to what got them into trouble in the first place.
And it’s almost humorous how many times they mention all the poor folks who will be out of work because of this… yet they’ve never had similar sympathy for the multiple small businesses and individual vendors who THEY have harmed financially.
It’s like the house has fallen on the wicked witch and all the munchkins of Munchkin Land have come out to celebrate and sing. “Ding, dong, the witch is dead!”

I am worried for every one of their suppliers that are holding out hope that they will someday be paid.
