Golly gee, I just noted that Champs D’Or is now listed with Elaine Whitfield at Dave Perry-Miller and Associates, an Ebby Halliday Company. $65,500,000. Wait — what happened to Greg Cagle? And wasn’t somebody looking at this property for the black gold underground? Elaine, darling, I am proud of you. You go girl and sell this enormous puppy and please may I hitch a ride on the Lear you’re going to buy with that commission check? (Here’s the nice music-y link.)

This house is not going to sell… it’s been through 4 different listing agents… and it’s in Hickory Creek!!

If I had $65.5 million to buy a house with, it sure as hell wouldn’t be in Dallas/Ft. Worth.
