My guess is this won’t be the last of this type of posting. Rats from a sinking ship and all (NOT saying Ms. Shore is a rat, just that EMS is definitely a sinking ship).

EMS can’t help herself…she apparently thinks she can do what she pleases when she pleases…reminds me of all the old junk in her trunk when her and ABA split the sheets years ago when that company was sold to HSM…and she thought it in her best interest to terminate all her listings herself…la-te-dah…she got caught with her hand in the cookie jar…ended up in court…and what about all those undisclosed kickbacks her clients were never informed of…hummm…seems there’s more than a few bad habits forming here…poor example for the profession..and besides who would want advice from an agent who is obviously unable to manage her own business and affairs properly…give her a big orange “warning label” to wear on her oversized egotistical forehead…
