Info thus far: the buyer is from Oklahoma, and Irmgard Arthur is in Europe, having left town after this sale for a rest.

    Oklahoma? Could the buyer be Dallasite Tim Headington?

    He already has a PH at The Ritz, but $1.85 billion goes a long way!

    Tim Headington is not the buyer. I can almost garantee you that. He is building a house and is moving in this fall.
