I’d agree with CR - Greenway Parks or may be the gated Hillwood development up on Inwood (not sure its PH). I don’t see them in Lakewood - but that one house does have a bomb shelter and extra escape hatches all around. Hmm…the more I think about it…yes that $2.8MM red brick traditional in Lakewood might be a good one.

I think “The Creeks at Inwood” would be considered Preston Hollow. That would be a good choice, but it might require them (by virtue of the comps around them) to build
/ buy a “huge” house…which some source close to the
First Lady said wasn’t the First Family’s plan.

Just to clarify, when you said “not
PH” did you mean: neither old Preston Hollow (i.e. The inwood estate area) nor new Preston Hollow (the neighborhood where the Bushes used to live)?

My guess is that if the latest rumor is not Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow (in its modern, all encompasing definition), or Bluffview, then the latest rumor will turn out to be wrong. Because I just can’t see a former president living in or near Dallas and not living in one of those four cities / neighborhoods.

I find it hard to believe that the Bushes would live anywhere other than HP, UP (only the Volk Estates), PH or BV, but they may want to take a total change on their entree back to ¨Dallas¨.

I think the Cloisters would be a perfect location for them. The entire neighborhood only has three (maybe four) points of entry, so it would be easy to secure. I believe there’s already a congressman in the neighborhood. And the houses are all on big lots, with plenty of room for secret service staff.

Also, I doubt that most people even know where it is or how to get there.
