Here’s the Tim Rogers/Alan Peppard debate, and here’s a video of the Lakeside house Peppard mentioned in his article. The word “loaded” doesn’t even begin to cover the amazing finish-out and design. This place is like a hotel of the rich and famous — former owners a Highland Park Who’s Who, from Trammell Crow to Patsy Donosky to Maryann and Frank Mihalopoulos to (currently) Ron Unkefer. PS: When we did the video I learned the Unkefers want to move back to CA. If they can sell the house.
