“A real estate broker told me that they heard it was on hold. They have not added a floor for several weeks. It would be terrible to have an empty shell standing there for too long.”
People do hear wrong, even, God forgive me for saying this, Realtors.

I wanted to give you a quick update on the construction activity at The Heritage.
I am happy to report that the focus has shifted from the visible high rise construction to finishing the work on the lower level garage, courtyard and amenity deck. Quite frankly, this was a business decision to accomodate the ever growing demand for daytime parking for our new restaurant Bolla, the Spa at the Stoneleigh and our hotel guests.
We anticipate that this will be completed in late August at which time you will see the continuation of the Residential Tower.
