    yeah….I saw that too. I know what they mean (I think), but I had to look twice.

    Translation(s) Possible:

    1. “The Lot is only .57 of an acre.”

    2. “For Sale: Lot Only, and the lot happens to be .57 of an acre; unseen portions of the lot are in fact under the house.”

    3. “This property is being sold for lot value, and it’s a .57 of an acre lot–we aren’t going to bother showing the house, don’t ask about it.”

    Ok. I’ll take the bait, Candy.
    The price tag for this dirt is $699,000.
    But don’t tell the tax folks. They have the land value at $337,500. Given that it is on what could be considered a busy corner, is probably what is holding down the value.
    Let me know if you want to see it. Oh wait, don’t let me know. The 2616 sq ft home is not being shown, only the lot.
