“1. Went to search Abio site this morning & it was morphed into realliving.com.
2. Noticed in Sunday DMN real estate announcements some top VK realtors have migrated to Allie Beth Allman.”
I will try to find out, meantime I’m smack in the midst of writing about Second Homes. So if anyone knows anything, ’bout Second Homes or Abio, please let us know!

A quick google search came up with this article about Coldwell Banker buying Abio 2 years ago, and big unhappy changes are happening now.

And then again, you might have already known all this.
Noticed that the abio.com website is now back up.
Not to be a stickler, Gadfly, but CB bought the old Abio about 8 years ago (note the date of the article was 2002).
Abio AHK Realty is merging with RealLiving Lonestar anw will own the Texas franchises under RealLiving. RealLiving has advanced web sites and tools and Abio recognizes that most home shopping not conducted by driving around neighborhoods, begins online. It is a franchise that will have a boutique feel, at least that is the goal.
