    The April 2008 numbers are out (but not to the press yet) and it looks cheerier.I’ve got a few posted on my blog and can email you exact figures if you’d like. Get your tax protest in before then.

    Hello? Appraisals are based upon the previous year and this figure is about current home prices….hello?
