I was amazed to learn that Bentleys cost about as much as a home. My source is the amazing Benny Black at Platinum Exotic Car Rental. So a plaintiff’s attorney is driving a Bentley? And they say we don’t need Tort Reform????????

Speaking of Bentleys and attorneys, did you read that Brian Loncar got into a slight fender bender…with a Dallas Fire Rescue truck? Yeah, it suffered a little bit of damage, after it got hit by the truck and slid into another vehicle.
Will be serve as his own counsel? Or maybe he’ll get Angel Reyes for help?

Ha, I never thought I’d hear “Brian Loncar” and “Bentley” in the same sentence–unless it was something like: “I’m Brian Loncar, and when my client was hit by a Bentley while she was just standing in the far right lane of a busy street, I got her every penny she deserved.”
He’ll probably enlist Jim “The Tough Texas Hammer” Adler–although, I doubt Adler will cut him a break in attorney’s fees (he didn’t get a reputation for being “The Tough Texas Hammer” by giving people deals on his services, now did he?).

What an attorney can’t make money? He gets about 1/3 or more of the settlement. Lets have some reform for doctors while were at it.
DallasDirt is a daily discussion and dissention of the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market, led by D Home Real Estate Editor Mary Candace Evans with contributions from real estate experts and aficionados. Topics include house porn, hot neighborhoods, hot agents, hip pockets, celebrity listings, second homes, vacation homes, real estate trends, data analysis, tips for buying, selling, or staying put. If DallasDirt were a house, it'd be a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath ranch transitional on a quarter acre lot with stainless kitchen and granite countertops: sophisticated with designer touches, room for expansion. Make an offer.
