This is the guest room. Kyle and I are going to do a video later this week. Here’s the full MLS report and I want you to note the home association dues, which are mandatory, of $3011 plus a month.

I know someone who should be gettting a wide angle lense for Christmas (or his birthday, whichever comes first)…
Only 2 parking spaces? I guess 1 per bedroom is pretty standard, but I woudln’t call this place (or it’s price) “standard.”

Wow…that’s the ugliest room I’ve ever seen!

The whole place a lot like a funeral home. Appropriate, I suppose.
DallasDirt is a daily discussion among editors at D Magazine and D Home about the Dallas-Fort Worth residential real estate market, with topics including but not limited to: hot neighborhoods, secret listings, celebrity listings, real estate trends, tips for buying, tips for selling, data analysis, and more. If DallasDirt were a house, it'd be a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath ranch house in "above average" condition -- that is, sophisticated with nice touches and comfy enough you’ll want to stay a while.
