averyj.jpgThis is the guest room. Kyle and I are going to do a video later this week. Here’s the full MLS report and I want you to note the home association dues, which are mandatory, of $3011 plus a month.

    I know someone who should be gettting a wide angle lense for Christmas (or his birthday, whichever comes first)…

    Only 2 parking spaces? I guess 1 per bedroom is pretty standard, but I woudln’t call this place (or it’s price) “standard.”

    The whole place a lot like a funeral home. Appropriate, I suppose.
