The city wants to honor our President by naming a sewage treatment plant after him. Only in California would that be an honor!

    Does The-Soon-to-be-former-president-known-as-W have anything currently named after him? If the first public “landmark” to bear his name is a sewage treatment plant, well, then I guess everything else is uphill from there. Unlike the past 8 years…
