I know! I know! I sold the house next door (in pic) a few years ago to clients of mine.

Candy, you probably shouldn’t have named the photo “Steve-Browns-House” if you really wanted some mystery. When my cursor passed over the pic, a little yellow box showed me the photo name.

It’s almost as scary as ms. downer makes portrays the DFW real estate market to be….almost.

That’s where Debbie Downer lives?!?! No wonder she’s grumpy!

I think this qualifies as the opposite of “House Porn”
I would choose this house over 90% of houses being built nowadays.
Full of character.
I love the entrance.

Candy - you’re such a tard. It’s a good thing you’re cute.
Uh-Huh@ March 31st, 2008 at 6:21 pm
how can you see the character through that scraggly hedge? I’m sure it’s not as bad as it looks from the outside, but surely Mr. Brown can hire a landscaper…unless he let him/her go because of the severe, downward spiral the economy has taken. that would be reasonable.
DallasDirt is a daily discussion and dissention of the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market, led by D Home Real Estate Editor Mary Candace Evans with contributions from real estate experts and aficionados. Topics include house porn, hot neighborhoods, hot agents, hip pockets, celebrity listings, second homes, vacation homes, real estate trends, data analysis, tips for buying, selling, or staying put. If DallasDirt were a house, it'd be a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath ranch transitional on a quarter acre lot with stainless kitchen and granite countertops: sophisticated with designer touches, room for expansion. Make an offer.
