“I drove by this the other day when it was being torn down and came to a complete stop in the middle of the street. How sad. The “Eller Family Trust” can be linked to Tim Eller, who is the head of Centex Homes. Not sure what his title is, but he’s at the top (CEO, President, whatever it is). I can only imagine what behemoth he’s going to put on this incredible site. I have to admit that I’m a car nut, and I always cracked up at the Lincoln Town Car in that porte cochere. But it was fantastic…in a Warren Buffett, who-cares-about-having-the-latest-Bentley sort of way. Cars are nothing when you own that kind of real estate. ”
