We’ve got plenty of private playgrounds for sale. You know the kind – where Mr & Mrs Rich buy the $700,000+ lot next door so they can make a play area for Jr?
How about the one on the corner of W Ricks Circle and Royal Crest? House sold separately from the extra ’side yard’. Now they’ve torn down the fence, patio, sports court, etc.
I’d call that the North Dallas version of the ‘million dollar vegetable garden’.
