Over at Forbes. But that makes me wonder if they really did their research: whatever happened to quality of life? Houston is muggy hot, loaded with crawly things and you can’t drive across the street without it taking five hours. They also have Orlando, Fla. on the list and for the life of me, I can never understand what it is about Orlando that would make even Mickey Mouse want to live there. Oh well, that’s just me.
