Blowing Out Bluffview

House, hotel, or office complex? This is a home under construction in Bluffview — hasn’t been completed yet. In fact, construction had stopped for about a year but I’m told it will be starting up again very soon. Anyone know anything ’bout this little bungalowe?

This is at Shorecrest & Midway. I heard construction was stopped due to a permit violation with the City. Then was told that the builder had a change of heard (probably more like a change in financing) and is now selling as-is with the new buyer to complete the finish out.
