San Fran Bachelor Pad
We’ve got some great bachelor pads in Dallas, too, but they just sell too fast. This one went on the market last week, I was going to use it in Hot Properties. Three days later it’s under contract — the agent apparently called her Houston clients, told them to hop a Southwest jet that very day if they wanted the house. Which they did!
