		<description>Oh they screwed up our&#039;s totally: used comps that had 2/3rds less land than we have. It will be interesting to see if someone can come up with an accurate computerized model to value Real Estate properties. Still, the instantaneousness of it amazes me.</description>

		<description>It was more than a few houses off the address both my house here and another state.  Number of rooms and sq. footage and year built were accurate, but it was off about 200K on the purchase price - said I paid more for my house in Dallas than I did. Not a good tool for accuracy imo.</description>

		<description>I just tried it on my house.  It got some stuff correct (size, number of bedrooms).  The year built was wrong -- it said 1999 (actually, it&#039;s said 99 on a couple that I typed in), but it was really 2005.

Also, the sales price they have listed is COMPLETELY wrong...by almost $100k.  The value range is also completely off target.</description>
