		<description>It&#039;s happening now - Perot won&#039;t continue to finance Victory Park.  The Tower cranes are coming down at Victory-Mandarin Oriental.  This pull-back may signal the end of the unfinished Victory Park vision.  You can&#039;t stop mid-stream, you&#039;ll drown.  I think it&#039;s failed because they didn&#039;t deliver the &quot;6,000 new residents&quot; promised in their original plans.  Retailers have NO customers and some are planning on closing.

It looks bad.  Real bad.  Maybe Perot should sell to a developer willing to finish what he started.</description>
