This never came to City Council. Once we denied it, they did APPREAL to council but then got it deleted from the agenda in January.

The rezoning case regarding Signature Pointe Apts on Lovers Lane is currently scheduled for a hearing before the Dallas City Council on February 27, 2008. Originally, the appeal was to be heard on Dec. 12th; then someone requested and paid for an extension of 30 days. Then shortly after Christmas, the developer filed and paid for a 60-day extension. That’s how the case got moved from the various City Council agendas to its current and final hearing date, Feb. 27th. Please feel free to check out the date with the Zoning staff at 214/670-4209.
