Word on the street: It’s going for $1000 per square foot, will have a Charlie Palmer’s restaurant and thus far there have been 700 inquiries to buy the condos.

    another charlie palmer in dallas? are we that big time? maybe it’s going to be an aureole. or maybe you meant to say that there’s going to be a charlie trotter’s?

    This was what I was told..the one in Las Vegas…is that Palmer or Trotter? I thought Trotter was in Chicago…..

    Charlie Trotter’s is from Chicago, but according to its website Charlie Trotter’s will soon be “re entering” the Las Vegas market with “Restaurant Charlie” (the fact that they’re expanding to a new city is what caused me to speculate that maybe a Charlie Trotter’s going in the Mandarin, as Charlie Palmer just opened in the Joule downtown, about a mile away from the Mandarin, maybe less).

    Charlie Palmer has a few different concepts, some of which are in Vegas. I suppose Dallas could get an Aureole (snicker) or a CP Steak.

    Duh. This isn’t big news, is it? Just call the Victory Park sales office and they’ll tell you this information. Did you know that there is also going to be a heli-pad on top? And, unlike the W, this one isn’t exclusively for R.P. Jr. But he does have the top 3 floors.
