Lakewood People has a look at what $800K-900K buys you these days in various neighborhoods, complete with pretty pictures. Of course, I want the one in Lakewood. My East Dallas bias. Howzabout you?

That is a horrible article, there are much better options then the ones listed…who would buy a 2/1 for $900k….no one, plus it looks like a double wide.

I think TK doesn’t get it. The article isn’t about how fantastic the listings are, it’s about what people think they can get away with for the money. Check out http://9210lakehighlands.com/ and you’ll see the house is a total teardown, but the lot is a gem.

Thanks G2S, I understand the point…and I am saying that there are houses in “Lake Highlands” that are much better than that one…
