Oh geeze, so sad: maybe why Phil has so many properties listed in his name on DCAD — this information comes from a high profile Real Estate source who wishes to remain anonymous because of the nature of the information :

“The Romanos are getting a divorce. He purchased a lot on Audubon Place from Della Lively in the price range of $2million. The house is all about him. His photos everywhere. Closet looks like the sales floor of Brooks Brothers. Funky house but parts of it are fabulous.”
