Builder files lawsuit and liens against the property. Supposed to go to mediation. No date set yet. Once mediation complete they hope to finish condos or "short sale". Property next door has $700K+ in it and is going to go into foreclosure. Another fine example of eager developer's coming from out of state not knowing what the hell they're doing. 1st builder was fired by developer. Builder files lawsuit and liens against the property. Another fine example of eager developer’s coming from out of state not knowing what the hell they’re doing.
